delivers seafarers to its clients ( ship owners and ship managing/ crew
managing companies).

Crew Management in 2005 with a primary focus on the provision of Crew

Charter Yacht

provide a full range of personnel from Officers, Ratings, Galley Dept, F &
B, House Keeping Department for all type of vessels, to some more specialized
personnel for offshore construction projects including Welders, Crane Operators
and ect

Recruitment
Selection
testing commences through use the computer based evaluation system, CES 4.1.
which
was developed by Norcontrol. The system provides for the company to select
specific criteria relating to rank and vessel type, from which the computer
randomly selects approximately three hundred multiple choices questions, which
are supported by a diagram or display on the screen. The evaluation of each
applicants takes between one and two hours, and at the conclusions an
evaluation report is produced, which categorizes the results of specific
aspects relating to each position. A print out of questions which were
incorrectly answered is also available.
Following
an acceptable CES Evaluation, the applicant is interviewed and written
appraisal is completed relative to the position. At this time the character and
level of English of the applicants is assessed.
Should
the applicants be assessed as suitable following the process, reference checks
are obtained from the last two employers, and recorded on the appropriate form.
Final
approval of employment is then obtained by principal.
